第六条（遺族基礎年金の支給停止等に関する経過措置）
When the father or mother of a child who has the right to receive a survivors' basic pension (limited to one for which the ground for payment arose on or before the day preceding the effective date of item (viii)) (limited to a case where the whole amount of that survivors' basic pension had been suspended from payment, as of that same day, under Article 41, paragraph (2) of the National Pension Act before the amendment under item (viii)), and who shares a livelihood with that child, receives payment of a death lump-sum payment under the National Pension Act based on the same ground for payment as that survivors' basic pension, payment of that survivors' basic pension for months from and after April 2028 is suspended, except in a case specified by Cabinet Order, notwithstanding the preceding paragraph.
遺族基礎年金（第八号施行日の前日までに支給事由が生じたものに限る。）の受給権を有する子（当該遺族基礎年金が同日において第八号改正前国年法第四十一条第二項の規定によりその全額につき支給が停止されていたものに限る。）と生計を同じくするその子の父又は母が、当該遺族基礎年金と同一の支給事由に基づく国民年金法による死亡一時金の支給を受けたときは、政令で定める場合を除き、前項の規定にかかわらず、令和十年四月以後の月分の当該遺族基礎年金の支給を停止する。
