第六条（老齢基礎年金の支給の繰下げに関する経過措置）
The provisions of Article 28 of the National Pension Act after the amendment under the provisions of Article 2 apply to a person who, as of the day preceding the date of enforcement of this Act (hereinafter referred to as "the effective date"), has not reached 70 years of age.
第二条の規定による改正後の国民年金法第二十八条の規定は、この法律の施行の日（以下「施行日」という。）の前日において、七十歳に達していない者について適用する。
