第四十五条（受給権を取得した日から起算して五年を経過した日後の昭和六十年国民年金等改正法による老齢基礎年金の請求に関する経過措置）
The provisions of Article 18, paragraph (5) of the Supplementary Provisions of the 1985 National Pension Act Amendment Act after the amendment under the provisions of Article 43 of the Supplementary Provisions apply to a person for whom, as of the day preceding the item (ix) effective date, six years have not elapsed since the day on which the person acquired the right to receive the old-age basic pension.
附則第四十三条の規定による改正後の昭和六十年国民年金等改正法附則第十八条第五項の規定は、第九号施行日の前日において、老齢基礎年金の受給権を取得した日から起算して六年を経過していない者について適用する。
