Supplementary Provisions, Article 4Transitional Measures Concerning Exemption from National Pension Premiums
第四条（国民年金保険料の免除に関する経過措置）
The provisions of Article 90 through Article 90-3 of the National Pension Act after the amendment under the provisions of Article 1, the provisions of Article 19 of the Supplementary Provisions of the Act Partially Amending the National Pension Act, etc. after the amendment under the provisions of Article 7, and the provisions of Article 14 of the Supplementary Provisions of the Act Partially Amending the National Pension Act, etc. for Improving the Administration of Government-Administered Pension Programs, etc. after the amendment under the provisions of Article 11, apply to the premium prescribed in Article 87, paragraph (1) of the National Pension Act pertaining to a period on and after the month following the month specified by an Order of the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare under Article 90, paragraph (1), item (i) of the National Pension Act, Article 19, paragraph (2), item (i) of the Supplementary Provisions of the Act Partially Amending the National Pension Act, etc., and Article 14, paragraph (1), item (i) of the Supplementary Provisions of the Act Partially Amending the National Pension Act, etc. for Improving the Administration of Government-Administered Pension Programs, etc., in 2021.
第一条の規定による改正後の国民年金法第九十条から第九十条の三までの規定、第七条の規定による改正後の国民年金法等の一部を改正する法律附則第十九条の規定及び第十一条の規定による改正後の政府管掌年金事業等の運営の改善のための国民年金法等の一部を改正する法律附則第十四条の規定は、令和三年における国民年金法第九十条第一項第一号、国民年金法等の一部を改正する法律附則第十九条第二項第一号及び政府管掌年金事業等の運営の改善のための国民年金法等の一部を改正する法律附則第十四条第一項第一号の厚生労働省令で定める月の翌月以後の期間に係る国民年金法第八十七条第一項に規定する保険料について適用する。
