Supplementary Provisions, Article 1Effective Date
第一条（施行期日）
This Act comes into effect on October 1, 2014; provided, however, that the provisions set forth in the following items come into effect on the dates specified in those items.
この法律は、平成二十六年十月一日から施行する。ただし、次の各号に掲げる規定は、当該各号に定める日から施行する。
the provisions of Article 13 (excluding the provisions amending as set forth in the following item), and the provisions of Article 16 and Article 19 of the Supplementary Provisions: the date of promulgation;
the provisions in Article 1 amending Article 9-2-5 of the Supplementary Provisions of the National Pension Act, the provisions in Article 3 amending Article 17-14 of the Supplementary Provisions of the Employees’ Pension Insurance Act, the provisions of Articles 6 through 12, the provisions in Article 13 adding one Article after Article 9 of the Supplementary Provisions of the Act on Payment of Benefits for Supporting the Livelihood of Pension Recipients, and the provisions of Article 14, and the provisions of Article 3 and Article 17 of the Supplementary Provisions: January 1, 2015;
the provisions in Article 1 amending the Table of Contents of the National Pension Act, the provisions in Chapter II of that Act renumbering Article 14-2 of that Act as Article 14-5 of that Act, the provisions adding three Articles after Article 14 of that Act, the provisions adding a proviso to Article 101, paragraph (1) of that Act, the provisions amending Article 108, paragraph (1) of that Act, the provisions adding one item after Article 109-4, paragraph (1), item (iv) of that Act, the provisions amending Article 109-9 of that Act, the provisions adding one paragraph to that Article, the provisions amending Article 109-10, paragraph (1), item (ii) of that Act, and the provisions amending Article 7-5, paragraph (1) of the Supplementary Provisions of that Act, and the provisions in Article 3 adding three Articles after Article 28 of the Employees’ Pension Insurance Act, the provisions amending Article 75 of that Act, the provisions amending Article 78-7 and Article 78-15 of that Act, the provisions adding a proviso to Article 90, paragraph (1) of that Act, the provisions amending Article 100-2 of that Act, the provisions adding one item after Article 100-4, paragraph (1), item (vii) of that Act, the provisions amending Article 100-9 of that Act, and the provisions adding one paragraph to that Article, and the provisions of Articles 4 through 7 of the Supplementary Provisions, and the provisions in Article 18 of the Supplementary Provisions amending Article 7, paragraph (1), item (iv) of the Act for Establishment of the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare (Act No. 97 of 1999) (limited to the part adding ", the Employees’ Pension Insurance Act (Act No. 115 of 1954), the National Pension Act (Act No. 141 of 1959)" after "(Act No. 77 of 1984)"): March 1, 2015.
第一条のうち国民年金法の目次の改正規定、同法第二章中同法第十四条の二を同法第十四条の五とする改正規定、同法第十四条の次に三条を加える改正規定、同法第百一条第一項にただし書を加える改正規定、同法第百八条第一項の改正規定、同法第百九条の四第一項第四号の次に一号を加える改正規定、同法第百九条の九の改正規定、同条に一項を加える改正規定、同法第百九条の十第一項第二号の改正規定及び同法附則第七条の五第一項の改正規定並びに第三条中厚生年金保険法第二十八条の次に三条を加える改正規定、同法第七十五条の改正規定、同法第七十八条の七及び第七十八条の十五の改正規定、同法第九十条第一項にただし書を加える改正規定、同法第百条の二の改正規定、同法第百条の四第一項第七号の次に一号を加える改正規定、同法第百条の九の改正規定及び同条に一項を加える改正規定並びに附則第四条から第七条までの規定及び附則第十八条中厚生労働省設置法（平成十一年法律第九十七号）第七条第一項第四号の改正規定（「昭和五十九年法律第七十七号）」の下に「、厚生年金保険法（昭和二十九年法律第百十五号）、国民年金法（昭和三十四年法律第百四十一号）」を加える部分に限る。） 平成二十七年三月一日
