With regard to the application of the provisions of Article 9-4-3, paragraph (1) of the Supplementary Provisions of the National Pension Act after the amendment during the period from the day following the date specified by Cabinet Order under the preceding Article until the day on which three years have elapsed from the date of enforcement of the provisions of Article 2 of the Supplementary Provisions of the Act Partially Amending the National Pension Act, etc. to Support the Securing of Income in Old Age through the National Pension, Corporate Pensions, etc. (Act No. 93 of 2011), the term "an insured person or a person who was an insured person" in that paragraph is deemed to be replaced with "a person who is 60 years of age or older", and the term "in the case of a person under 60 years of age, the period within 10 years before the month in which the day of approval falls" is deemed to be replaced with "in the case of a person other than a person entitled to receive an old-age basic pension, excluding the period within 10 years before the month in which the day of approval falls".
