第九十八条（特定保険料の納付に関する経過措置）
The provisions of Article 9-4-3, paragraph (1) of the Supplementary Provisions of the National Pension Act after the amendment do not apply until the date specified by Cabinet Order within a period not exceeding one year and nine months from the item (ii) effective date.
改正後国民年金法附則第九条の四の三第一項の規定は、第二号施行日から起算して一年九月を超えない範囲内において政令で定める日までは、適用しない。
