第百五十二条（被用者年金制度の一元化等を図るための厚生年金保険法等の一部を改正する法律の効力）
The provisions of Article 87 of the Supplementary Provisions of the Act Partially Amending the Employees’ Pension Insurance Act, etc. to Unify, etc. the Employees’ Pension Systems must not be construed as not having effect as an Act amending the provisions of the National Pension Act after the amendment.
