Supplementary Provisions, Article 3Transitional Measures Concerning Special Provisions on Category 3 Insured Periods of the National Pension
第三条（国民年金の第三号被保険者期間の特例に関する経過措置）
The provisions of Article 7-3-2 of the Supplementary Provisions of the National Pension Act after the revision by the provisions of Article 1 also apply to an insured period as a category 3 insured person pertaining to a correction equivalent to the correction prescribed in the items of that Article that was made before this Act comes into effect.
第一条の規定による改正後の国民年金法附則第七条の三の二の規定は、この法律の施行前に同条各号に規定する訂正に相当する訂正がなされた場合における当該訂正に係る第三号被保険者としての被保険者期間についても、適用する。
