Supplementary Provisions, Article 16Special Provisions on Notification under the National Pension Act Concerning the Notification under Article 5, Paragraph (1) of the Supplementary Provisions
第十六条（附則第五条第一項の届出に係る国民年金法の届出の特例）
The notification under the provisions of Article 5, paragraph (1) of the Supplementary Provisions, and the annotation under the provisions of Article 29 of the New Act that is to be applied pursuant to the provisions of paragraph (2) of that Article, are deemed to be, respectively, the notification under the provisions of Article 30-47 of the New Act and the annotation under the provisions of Article 29 of the New Act, and the provisions of Article 12, paragraph (3) of the National Pension Act after the revision by the provisions of the preceding Article apply.
附則第五条第一項の規定による届出及び同条第二項の規定により適用するものとされた新法第二十九条の規定による付記は、それぞれ新法第三十条の四十七の規定による届出及び新法第二十九条の規定による付記とみなして、前条の規定による改正後の国民年金法第十二条第三項の規定を適用する。
