第五条（国民年金法等の一部を改正する法律の一部改正に伴う経過措置）
The provisions then in force continue to govern the acquisition of status as an insured person of the National Pension for a person who made a notification under the provisions of Article 11, paragraph (1) of the Supplementary Provisions of the Act Partially Amending the National Pension Act, etc. (Act No. 95 of 1994) before the effective date, and for a person deemed to have made the notification under paragraph (1) of that Article pursuant to the provisions of paragraph (2) of that Article.
施行日前に国民年金法等の一部を改正する法律（平成六年法律第九十五号）附則第十一条第一項の規定による申出をした者及び同条第二項の規定により同条第一項の申出があったものとみなされた者についての国民年金の被保険者の資格の取得については、なお従前の例による。
