Supplementary Provisions, Article 11Transitional Measures Concerning Revision of the Revision Rate from Fiscal Year 2005 to Fiscal Year 2008
第十一条（平成十七年度から平成二十年度までにおける改定率の改定に関する経過措置）
For the purpose of applying the provisions of Article 27-2 through Article 27-5 of the National Pension Act after the revision under the provisions of Article 1 in fiscal year 2005 and fiscal year 2006, the rates listed in Article 27-2, paragraph (2), items (ii) and (iii) of that Act are each deemed to be one.
平成十七年度及び平成十八年度における第一条の規定による改正後の国民年金法第二十七条の二から第二十七条の五までの規定の適用については、同法第二十七条の二第二項第二号及び第三号に掲げる率をそれぞれ一とみなす。
For the purpose of applying the provisions of Article 27-2, paragraph (2), item (iii) of the National Pension Act after the revision under the provisions of Article 1 in fiscal year 2007, the phrase "September 1" in sub-item (a) of that item is deemed to be replaced with "October 1".
平成十九年度における第一条の規定による改正後の国民年金法第二十七条の二第二項第三号の規定の適用については、同号イ中「九月一日」とあるのは、「十月一日」とする。
For the purpose of applying the provisions of Article 27-2, paragraph (2), item (iii) of the National Pension Act after the revision under the provisions of Article 1 in fiscal year 2008, the phrase "September 1" in sub-item (b) of that item is deemed to be replaced with "October 1".
平成二十年度における第一条の規定による改正後の国民年金法第二十七条の二第二項第三号の規定の適用については、同号ロ中「九月一日」とあるのは、「十月一日」とする。
