第十条
With respect to the amount of the old-age basic pension under the National Pension Act, paid for the months from and after April 2009, to a person who has a premium exemption period relating to the period up to and including the month preceding April 2014 (hereinafter referred to as the "specified month"), and who falls under the proviso to Article 27 of the National Pension Act after the revision under the provisions of Article 4, the amount is, notwithstanding the provisions of the proviso to that Article (including a case where it is applied under Article 28, paragraph (4) of that Act, Article 9-2, paragraph (4), and Article 9-2-2, paragraphs (4) and (5) of the Supplementary Provisions, and any other laws and regulations), the amount obtained by multiplying the amount obtained by multiplying 780,900 yen by the revision rate prescribed in Article 27 of that Act (where a fraction of less than 50 yen arises in that amount, it is rounded down, and where a fraction of 50 yen or more but less than 100 yen arises, it is rounded up to 100 yen), by the number obtained by dividing by 480 the total number of months obtained by adding together the numbers of months listed in the following items (limited to a maximum of 480).
平成二十六年四月（以下「特定月」という。）の前月以前の期間に係る保険料免除期間を有する者であって、第四条の規定による改正後の国民年金法第二十七条ただし書に該当するものに支給する平成二十一年四月以後の月分の国民年金法による老齢基礎年金の額については、同条ただし書（同法第二十八条第四項、附則第九条の二第四項並びに第九条の二の二第四項及び第五項並びに他の法令において適用する場合を含む。）の規定にかかわらず、七十八万九百円に同法第二十七条に規定する改定率を乗じて得た額（その額に五十円未満の端数が生じたときは、これを切り捨て、五十円以上百円未満の端数が生じたときは、これを百円に切り上げるものとする。）に、次の各号に掲げる月数を合算した月数（四百八十を限度とする。）を四百八十で除して得た数を乗じて得た額とする。

保険料納付済期間の月数
The number of months equivalent to seven-eighths of the number of months of the one-quarter premium exemption period relating to the period from April 2009 to March 2014 and the period on and after the specified month (limited to a maximum of the number of months obtained by deducting the number of months of premium-paid periods from 480); or
平成二十一年四月から平成二十六年三月までの期間及び特定月以後の期間に係る保険料四分の一免除期間の月数（四百八十から保険料納付済期間の月数を控除して得た月数を限度とする。）の八分の七に相当する月数
The number of months equivalent to three-eighths of the number of months obtained by deducting the number of months of the one-quarter premium exemption period prescribed in the preceding item from the number of months of the one-quarter premium exemption period relating to the period from April 2009 to March 2014 and the period on and after the specified month; or
平成二十一年四月から平成二十六年三月までの期間及び特定月以後の期間に係る保険料四分の一免除期間の月数から前号に規定する保険料四分の一免除期間の月数を控除して得た月数の八分の三に相当する月数
The number of months equivalent to five-sixths of the number of months of the one-quarter premium exemption period relating to the period up to and including the month preceding the specified month (excluding the period from April 2009 to March 2014) (limited to a maximum of the number of months obtained by deducting, from 480, the total number of months obtained by adding together the number of months of premium-paid periods and the number of months of the one-quarter premium exemption period relating to the period from April 2009 to March 2014 and the period on and after the specified month); or
特定月の前月以前の期間（平成二十一年四月から平成二十六年三月までの期間を除く。）に係る保険料四分の一免除期間の月数（四百八十から保険料納付済期間の月数並びに平成二十一年四月から平成二十六年三月までの期間及び特定月以後の期間に係る保険料四分の一免除期間の月数を合算した月数を控除して得た月数を限度とする。）の六分の五に相当する月数
The number of months equivalent to one-half of the number of months obtained by deducting the number of months of the one-quarter premium exemption period prescribed in the preceding item from the number of months of the one-quarter premium exemption period relating to the period up to and including the month preceding the specified month (excluding the period from April 2009 to March 2014); or
特定月の前月以前の期間（平成二十一年四月から平成二十六年三月までの期間を除く。）に係る保険料四分の一免除期間の月数から前号に規定する保険料四分の一免除期間の月数を控除して得た月数の二分の一に相当する月数
The number of months equivalent to three-quarters of the number of months of half premium exemption periods relating to the period from April 2009 to March 2014 and the period on and after the specified month (limited to a maximum of the number of months obtained by deducting, from 480, the total number of months obtained by adding together the number of months of premium-paid periods and the number of months of the one-quarter premium exemption period); or
平成二十一年四月から平成二十六年三月までの期間及び特定月以後の期間に係る保険料半額免除期間の月数（四百八十から保険料納付済期間の月数及び保険料四分の一免除期間の月数を合算した月数を控除して得た月数を限度とする。）の四分の三に相当する月数
The number of months equivalent to one-quarter of the number of months obtained by deducting the number of months of half premium exemption periods prescribed in the preceding item from the number of months of half premium exemption periods relating to the period from April 2009 to March 2014 and the period on and after the specified month; or
The number of months equivalent to two-thirds of the number of months of half premium exemption periods relating to the period up to and including the month preceding the specified month (excluding the period from April 2009 to March 2014) (limited to a maximum of the number of months obtained by deducting, from 480, the total number of months obtained by adding together the number of months of premium-paid periods, the number of months of the one-quarter premium exemption period, and the number of months of half premium exemption periods relating to the period from April 2009 to March 2014 and the period on and after the specified month); or
特定月の前月以前の期間（平成二十一年四月から平成二十六年三月までの期間を除く。）に係る保険料半額免除期間の月数（四百八十から保険料納付済期間の月数、保険料四分の一免除期間の月数並びに平成二十一年四月から平成二十六年三月までの期間及び特定月以後の期間に係る保険料半額免除期間の月数を合算した月数を控除して得た月数を限度とする。）の三分の二に相当する月数
The number of months equivalent to one-third of the number of months obtained by deducting the number of months of half premium exemption periods prescribed in the preceding item from the number of months of half premium exemption periods relating to the period up to and including the month preceding the specified month (excluding the period from April 2009 to March 2014); or
The number of months equivalent to five-eighths of the number of months of the three-quarter premium exemption period relating to the period from April 2009 to March 2014 and the period on and after the specified month (limited to a maximum of the number of months obtained by deducting, from 480, the total number of months obtained by adding together the number of months of premium-paid periods, the number of months of the one-quarter premium exemption period, and the number of months of half premium exemption periods); or
平成二十一年四月から平成二十六年三月までの期間及び特定月以後の期間に係る保険料四分の三免除期間の月数（四百八十から保険料納付済期間の月数、保険料四分の一免除期間の月数及び保険料半額免除期間の月数を合算した月数を控除して得た月数を限度とする。）の八分の五に相当する月数

The number of months equivalent to one-half of the number of months of the three-quarter premium exemption period relating to the period up to and including the month preceding the specified month (excluding the period from April 2009 to March 2014) (limited to a maximum of the number of months obtained by deducting, from 480, the total number of months obtained by adding together the number of months of premium-paid periods, the number of months of the one-quarter premium exemption period, the number of months of half premium exemption periods, and the number of months of the three-quarter premium exemption period relating to the period from April 2009 to March 2014 and the period on and after the specified month); or
特定月の前月以前の期間（平成二十一年四月から平成二十六年三月までの期間を除く。）に係る保険料四分の三免除期間の月数（四百八十から保険料納付済期間の月数、保険料四分の一免除期間の月数、保険料半額免除期間の月数並びに平成二十一年四月から平成二十六年三月までの期間及び特定月以後の期間に係る保険料四分の三免除期間の月数を合算した月数を控除して得た月数を限度とする。）の二分の一に相当する月数
The number of months equivalent to one-sixth of the number of months obtained by deducting the number of months of the three-quarter premium exemption period prescribed in the preceding item from the number of months of the three-quarter premium exemption period relating to the period up to and including the month preceding the specified month (excluding the period from April 2009 to March 2014); or
特定月の前月以前の期間（平成二十一年四月から平成二十六年三月までの期間を除く。）に係る保険料四分の三免除期間の月数から前号に規定する保険料四分の三免除期間の月数を控除して得た月数の六分の一に相当する月数
The number of months equivalent to one-half of the number of months of the full premium exemption period relating to the period from April 2009 to March 2014 and the period on and after the specified month (excluding one relating to premiums treated as not required to be paid under the provisions of Article 90-3, paragraph (1) of the National Pension Act, or Article 19, paragraph (1) or paragraph (2) of the Supplementary Provisions; the same applies in the following item) (limited to a maximum of the number of months obtained by deducting, from 480, the total number of months obtained by adding together the number of months of premium-paid periods, the number of months of the one-quarter premium exemption period, the number of months of half premium exemption periods, and the number of months of the three-quarter premium exemption period); or
平成二十一年四月から平成二十六年三月までの期間及び特定月以後の期間に係る保険料全額免除期間（国民年金法第九十条の三第一項又は附則第十九条第一項若しくは第二項の規定により納付することを要しないものとされた保険料に係るものを除く。次号において同じ。）の月数（四百八十から保険料納付済期間の月数、保険料四分の一免除期間の月数、保険料半額免除期間の月数及び保険料四分の三免除期間の月数を合算した月数を控除して得た月数を限度とする。）の二分の一に相当する月数
The number of months equivalent to one-third of the number of months of the full premium exemption period relating to the period up to and including the month preceding the specified month (excluding the period from April 2009 to March 2014) (limited to a maximum of the number of months obtained by deducting, from 480, the total number of months obtained by adding together the number of months of premium-paid periods, the number of months of the one-quarter premium exemption period, the number of months of half premium exemption periods, the number of months of the three-quarter premium exemption period, and the number of months of the full premium exemption period relating to the period from April 2009 to March 2014 and the period on and after the specified month).
特定月の前月以前の期間（平成二十一年四月から平成二十六年三月までの期間を除く。）に係る保険料全額免除期間の月数（四百八十から保険料納付済期間の月数、保険料四分の一免除期間の月数、保険料半額免除期間の月数、保険料四分の三免除期間の月数並びに平成二十一年四月から平成二十六年三月までの期間及び特定月以後の期間に係る保険料全額免除期間の月数を合算した月数を控除して得た月数を限度とする。）の三分の一に相当する月数
In the case of applying the provisions of the preceding paragraph to a person listed in the left-hand column of Appended Table 4 of the Supplementary Provisions of the 1985 Amendment Act, the term "480" in that paragraph is to be read, in each case, as set out in the right-hand column of that table.
昭和六十年改正法附則別表第四の上欄に掲げる者について前項の規定を適用する場合においては、同項中「四百八十」とあるのは、それぞれ同表の下欄のように読み替えるものとする。
