Supplementary Provisions, Article 9-5Management and Collection of Claims by the Welfare and Medical Service Agency, Independent Administrative Agency
第九条の五（独立行政法人福祉医療機構による債権の管理及び回収の業務）
The government is, in order to ensure the smooth implementation of the National Pension program, to have the Welfare and Medical Service Agency, Independent Administrative Agency, perform the affairs of managing and collecting the claims prescribed in Article 12, paragraph (1) of the Act on the Dissolution of the Pension Welfare Service Public Corporation and Succession to Its Business, etc. (Act No. 20 of 2000) before its repeal under the provisions of Article 14 of the Supplementary Provisions of the Act on the Government Pension Investment Fund, Independent Administrative Agency, until collection of those claims is completed.
政府は、国民年金事業の円滑な実施を図るため、年金積立金管理運用独立行政法人法附則第十四条の規定による廃止前の年金福祉事業団の解散及び業務の承継等に関する法律（平成十二年法律第二十号）第十二条第一項に規定する債権の管理及び回収の業務を、当該債権の回収が終了するまでの間、独立行政法人福祉医療機構に行わせるものとする。
The government is, in order to ensure the smooth implementation of the National Pension program, to have the Welfare and Medical Service Agency, Independent Administrative Agency, perform the affairs of managing and collecting the claims relating to the lending of small amounts of funds prescribed in Article 12, paragraph (1), item (xii) of the Act on the Welfare and Medical Service Agency, Independent Administrative Agency (Act No. 166 of 2002) before its revision under the provisions of Article 28 of the Act Partially Amending the National Pension Act, etc. to Strengthen the Functions of the Pension System (Act No. 40 of 2020), until March 31, 2027.
政府は、国民年金事業の円滑な実施を図るため、年金制度の機能強化のための国民年金法等の一部を改正する法律（令和二年法律第四十号）第二十八条の規定による改正前の独立行政法人福祉医療機構法（平成十四年法律第百六十六号）第十二条第一項第十二号に規定する小口の資金の貸付けに係る債権の管理及び回収の業務を、令和九年三月三十一日までの間、独立行政法人福祉医療機構に行わせるものとする。
