For the time being, for the purpose of applying the provisions of Article 20, paragraph (1), the phrase "survivors' basic pension or widow's pension" in that paragraph is deemed to be replaced with "pension benefit (excluding the old-age basic pension and the disability basic pension (limited to one whose recipient has reached 65 years of age), and the additional pension)", the phrase "a person entitled to receive an old-age basic pension" is deemed to be replaced with "a person entitled to receive an old-age basic pension (limited to a person who has reached 65 years of age)", and the phrase "a person entitled to receive a disability basic pension" is deemed to be replaced with "a person entitled to receive a disability basic pension (limited to a person who has reached 65 years of age)".
