For the time being, the provisions of Article 30, paragraph (1) (limited to item (ii)), Article 30-2, Article 30-3, Article 30-4, paragraph (2), Article 34, paragraph (4), the proviso to Article 36, paragraph (2), Article 49, and Article 5 of the Supplementary Provisions do not apply to a person entitled to receive an old-age basic pension under the provisions of Article 9-2, paragraph (3) of the Supplementary Provisions or paragraph (3) of the preceding Article, or a person entitled to receive an old-age employees' pension under the provisions of Article 7-3, paragraph (3) or Article 13-4, paragraph (3) of the Supplementary Provisions of the Employees' Pension Insurance Act.
