第三条
Documents in Appended Form No. 26-2, Appended Form No. 74, Appended Form No. 74-2, Appended Form No. 78 and Appended Form No. 78-2 prescribed in the former Immigration Control Act Regulation are deemed, for the time being, even after this Ministerial Order comes into effect, to be documents in Appended Form No. 26-2, Appended Form No. 74, Appended Form No. 74-2, Appended Form No. 78 and Appended Form No. 78-2, respectively, prescribed in the new Immigration Control Act Regulation.
旧入管法規則に規定する別記第二十六号の二様式、別記第七十四号様式、別記第七十四号の二様式、別記第七十八号様式及び別記第七十八号の二様式の書面は、この省令の施行後においても、当分の間、それぞれ新入管法規則に規定する別記第二十六号の二様式、別記第七十四号様式、別記第七十四号の二様式、別記第七十八号様式及び別記第七十八号の二様式の書面とみなす。
