Documents in Appended Form No. 6, Appended Form No. 6-2 and Appended Form No. 6-7 prescribed in the former Regulation are deemed, for the time being, even on or after the date on which this Ministerial Order comes into effect, to be documents in Appended Form No. 6, Appended Form No. 6-2 and Appended Form No. 6-7 prescribed in the new Regulation.
