第三条
A written determination in Appended Form No. 79-5 prescribed in the former Regulation is deemed, for the time being, even on or after the date on which this Ministerial Order comes into effect, to be a written determination in Appended Form No. 79-5 prescribed in the new Regulation.
旧規則に規定する別記第七十九号の五様式の裁決書は、この省令の施行の日以後においても、当分の間、新規則に規定する別記第七十九号の五様式の裁決書とみなす。
