A person who, before the effective date of the amending Act, has notified the director of a regional immigration bureau pursuant to the provisions of Article 6-2, paragraph (4), item (ii) or Article 19, paragraph (3), item (ii) of the Regulation for Enforcement of the Immigration Control Act is deemed to be a person who has notified the director of a regional immigration bureau pursuant to the provisions of Article 59-6, paragraph (2), item (i), sub-item (b) of the new Regulation for Enforcement of the Immigration Control Act.
