A certificate delivered before the effective date pursuant to Article 7-2, paragraph (1) of the Act as conforming to the criteria in the row for the activities listed in the right-hand column corresponding to "Pre-college Student" in Appended Table I (4) of the Act of the Ministerial Order to Provide for the Criteria Pursuant to Article 7, Paragraph (1), Item (ii) of the Immigration Control and Refugee Recognition Act (Ministry of Justice Order No. 16 of 1990; hereinafter referred to as "the Ministerial Order on Criteria") prior to its amendment by the Ministerial Order Partially Amending the Ministerial Order to Provide for the Criteria Pursuant to Article 7, Paragraph (1), Item (ii) of the Immigration Control and Refugee Recognition Act (Ministry of Justice Order No. 10 of 2010; hereinafter referred to as "the Ministerial Order Amending the Ministerial Order on Criteria") is deemed to be a certificate delivered pursuant to Article 7-2, paragraph (1) of the Act as conforming to the criteria in the row for the activities listed in the right-hand column corresponding to "Student" in Appended Table I (4) of the Act of the Ministerial Order on Criteria as amended by the Ministerial Order Amending the Ministerial Order on Criteria.
