With regard to the issuance of a certificate of eligibility prescribed in Article 6 of the Supplementary Provisions of the amending Act, the provisions of Articles 64 through 66 of the Regulation for Enforcement of the Immigration Control and Refugee Recognition Act as amended by this Ministerial Order (hereinafter referred to as "the new Regulation") apply even before the effective date of this Ministerial Order (hereinafter referred to as "the effective date").
