With regard to the validity of the crew member's landing permit pursuant to Appended Form No. 21, the multiple landing permit for crew members pursuant to Appended Form No. 22-3 and the certificate of authorization for employment pursuant to Appended Form No. 29-4 delivered, before the January 2010 amending provisions come into effect, pursuant to the provisions of the Regulation before the January 2010 amendment, the provisions then in force continue to govern.
