Supplementary Provisions, Article 1Effective Date
第一条（施行期日）
This Ministerial Order comes into effect as of April 1, 2025; provided, however, that the provisions amending Articles 19-18 and 19-24 come into effect as of June 1, 2025.
この省令は、令和七年四月一日から施行する。ただし、第十九条の十八及び第十九条の二十四の改正規定は、令和七年六月一日から施行する。
Supplementary Provisions, Article 2Transitional Measures
第二条（経過措置）
With regard to the notification of the matters required to be notified pursuant to the provisions of Article 19-17, paragraph (1) of the Regulation for Enforcement of the Immigration Control and Refugee Recognition Act prior to the amendment by this Ministerial Order in cases where the case prescribed in paragraph (6) of that Article came to apply before this Ministerial Order comes into effect, the provisions then in force continue to govern.
この省令の施行前にこの省令による改正前の出入国管理及び難民認定法施行規則第十九条の十七第六項に規定する場合に該当することとなった場合における同条第一項の規定により届け出なければならないこととされている事項の届出については、なお従前の例による。
