With regard to the validity of a written notice of deferment of confirmation of departure in Appended Form No. 39 and a subpoena in Appended Form No. 51-2 issued pursuant to the provisions of the Regulation for Enforcement of the Immigration Control and Refugee Recognition Act prior to the amendment by this Ministerial Order before this Ministerial Order comes into effect, the provisions then in force continue to govern.
