第四条
With regard to the validity of notices, certificates, orders, permits, seals of verification, written detention orders and other documents delivered, stamped, prepared or issued pursuant to the provisions of the former Immigration Control Act Regulation before the date on which this Ministerial Order comes into effect, the provisions then in force continue to govern.
この省令の施行の日前に旧入管法規則の規定により交付され、証印され、作成され、又は発付された通知書、証明書、命令書、許可書、証印、収容令書その他の文書の効力については、なお従前の例による。
