第二条（出入国管理及び難民認定法施行規則の一部改正に伴う経過措置）
An application for landing permission for temporary refuge, an application for recognition of refugee status or an application for recognition as a person eligible for complementary protection, or a request for an administrative review of a disposition not to grant recognition of refugee status, failure to act on an application for recognition of refugee status, revocation of recognition of refugee status, a disposition not to grant recognition as a person eligible for complementary protection (limited to cases where the person has not received recognition of refugee status), failure to act on an application for recognition as a person eligible for complementary protection or revocation of recognition as a person eligible for complementary protection, that has actually been made at the time this Ministerial Order comes into effect using a form prescribed in the Regulation for Enforcement of the Immigration Control and Refugee Recognition Act prior to the amendment by Article 1 (hereinafter referred to as the "former Immigration Control Act Regulation") is deemed to be an application or a request for an administrative review, respectively, made using the corresponding form prescribed in the Regulation for Enforcement of the Immigration Control and Refugee Recognition Act as amended by Article 1 of this Ministerial Order (referred to as the "new Immigration Control Act Regulation" in the following Article).
この省令の施行の際現に行われている第一条による改正前の出入国管理及び難民認定法施行規則（以下「旧入管法規則」という。）に規定する様式による一時庇護のための上陸許可の申請、難民の認定の申請、補完的保護対象者の認定の申請又は難民の認定をしない処分、難民の認定の申請に係る不作為、難民の認定の取消し、補完的保護対象者の認定をしない処分（難民の認定を受けていない場合に限る。）、補完的保護対象者の認定の申請に係る不作為若しくは補完的保護対象者の認定の取消しについての審査請求は、それぞれこの省令第一条による改正後の出入国管理及び難民認定法施行規則（次条において「新入管法規則」という。）に規定する相当様式による申請又は審査請求とみなす。
