Supplementary Provisions, Article 6
第六条
The period of stay in Japan with the status of residence of "Specified Skilled Worker" referred to in Article 20-2 of the Regulation for Enforcement of the Immigration Control and Refugee Recognition Act as amended by this Ministerial Order is to include the period of stay with the status of residence of "Designated Activities" with any of the following activities designated:
この省令による改正後の出入国管理及び難民認定法施行規則第二十条の二の特定技能の在留資格をもって本邦に在留した期間には、次に掲げる活動のいずれかを指定されて特定活動の在留資格をもって在留した期間を含むものとする。
activities in which a person who has been residing with the status of residence of "Technical Intern Training" continues to engage, based on a contract with a public or private organization in Japan that was the implementing organization (meaning an implementing organization prescribed in Article 2, paragraph (6) of the Act on Proper Technical Intern Training and Protection of Technical Intern Trainees (Act No. 89 of 2016)), in the same type of work at that organization as that in which the person engaged while so residing;
技能実習の在留資格をもって在留していた者が、実習実施者（外国人の技能実習の適正な実施及び技能実習生の保護に関する法律（平成二十八年法律第八十九号）第二条第六項に定める実習実施者をいう。）であった本邦の公私の機関との契約に基づいて、引き続き当該機関において当該在留していたときと同種の業務に従事する活動
activities in which a person who has been residing with the status of residence of "Designated Activities" (limited to a status of residence for which activities of engaging in construction work, based on a contract with a public or private organization in Japan, in accordance with a proper supervision plan formulated by that organization and certified by the Minister of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism have been designated) continues to engage, based on a contract with that organization, in the same type of work at that organization as that in which the person engaged while so residing;
特定活動の在留資格（本邦の公私の機関が策定し、国土交通大臣が認定した適正監理計画に基づき、当該機関との契約に基づいて建設業務に従事する活動を指定されたものに限る。）をもって在留していた者が、当該機関との契約に基づいて、引き続き当該機関において当該在留していたときと同種の業務に従事する活動
activities in which a person who has been residing with the status of residence of "Designated Activities" (limited to a status of residence for which activities of engaging in shipbuilding work, based on a contract with a public or private organization in Japan, in accordance with a proper supervision plan or an individual-enterprise-type proper supervision plan formulated by that organization and certified by the Minister of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism have been designated) continues to engage, based on a contract with that organization, in the same type of work at that organization as that in which the person engaged while so residing;
特定活動の在留資格（本邦の公私の機関が策定し、国土交通大臣が認定した適正監理計画又は企業単独型適正監理計画に基づき、当該機関との契約に基づいて造船業務に従事する活動を指定されたものに限る。）をもって在留していた者が、当該機関との契約に基づいて、引き続き当該機関において当該在留していたときと同種の業務に従事する活動
activities in which a person who wishes to reside with the status of residence of "Specified Skilled Worker" engages in the work of a public or private organization in Japan based on a contract with that organization.
特定技能の在留資格をもって在留することを希望する者が、本邦の公私の機関との契約に基づいて、当該機関の業務に従事する活動
The same applies as in the preceding paragraph to the period of stay in Japan with the status of residence of "Specified Skilled Worker" referred to in Article 21-2 of the Regulation for Enforcement of the Immigration Control and Refugee Recognition Act as amended by this Ministerial Order.
この省令による改正後の出入国管理及び難民認定法施行規則第二十一条の二の特定技能の在留資格をもって本邦に在留した期間についても、前項と同様とする。
