第七条（調整規定）
If the date on which the Ministerial Order Partially Amending the Regulation for Enforcement of the Immigration Control and Refugee Recognition Act (Ministry of Justice Order No. 39 of 2016) comes into effect (August 1, 2017) falls after the date specified in Article 1, item (i) of the Supplementary Provisions, the phrase "Articles 63 through 66" in Article 2 is deemed to be replaced with "Articles 64 through 66", and the provision of that Ministerial Order amending Article 63 is deemed to be replaced with "Article 63 is deleted."
出入国管理及び難民認定法施行規則の一部を改正する省令（平成二十八年法務省令第三十九号）の施行の日（平成二十九年八月一日）が附則第一条第一号に定める日後となる場合には、第二条中「第六十三条から第六十六条まで」とあるのは「第六十四条から第六十六条まで」とし、同省令中第六十三条の改正規定を「第六十三条を削る。」とする。
