Supplementary Provisions, Article 1Effective Date
第一条（施行期日）
This Ministerial Order comes into effect as of April 1, 2016.
この省令は、平成二十八年四月一日から施行する。
Supplementary Provisions, Article 2Transitional Measures
第二条（経過措置）
With regard to an appeal against a disposition not to grant recognition of refugee status, failure to act on an application for recognition of refugee status or revocation of recognition of refugee status, which pertains to a disposition made before this Ministerial Order comes into effect or to failure to act on an application for recognition of refugee status filed before this Ministerial Order comes into effect, the provisions then in force continue to govern.
難民の認定をしない処分、難民の認定の申請に係る不作為又は難民の認定の取消しについての不服申立てであって、この省令の施行前にされた処分又はこの省令の施行前にされた難民の認定の申請に係る不作為に係るものについては、なお従前の例による。
