With regard to the applications prescribed in Article 4 of the Supplementary Provisions of the Act Partially Amending the Immigration Control and Refugee Recognition Act (Act No. 74 of 2014; hereinafter referred to as "the amending Act"), even before the effective date of this Ministerial Order (hereinafter referred to as "the effective date"), a written application pursuant to Appended Form No. 6-3 of the Regulation for Enforcement of the Immigration Control and Refugee Recognition Act as amended by this Ministerial Order (hereinafter referred to as "the new Regulation") is to be submitted, and the provisions of Appended Table III (limited to the part concerning the rows for "Highly Skilled Professional", "Business Manager" and "Engineer/Specialist in Humanities/International Services") and Appended Table IV (limited to the part concerning the activities listed in the right-hand column corresponding to "Highly Skilled Professional" in Appended Table I (2) of the Act (Highly Skilled Professional), the activities listed in the right-hand column corresponding to "Business Manager" in Appended Table I (2) of the Act (Business Manager) and the activities listed in the right-hand column corresponding to "Engineer/Specialist in Humanities/International Services" in Appended Table I (2) of the Act (Engineer/Specialist in Humanities/International Services)) of the new Regulation apply.
