第二条（経過措置）
The provisions of Article 4-2, paragraph (1) of the Regulation as amended by this Ministerial Order (hereinafter referred to as "the new Regulation") do not apply in cases where, before the effective date of this Ministerial Order (hereinafter referred to as "the effective date"), re-entry permission has been granted to a foreign national pursuant to the provisions of Article 26, paragraph (1) of the Immigration Control and Refugee Recognition Act (hereinafter referred to as "the Act"), a refugee travel document has been issued to a foreign national pursuant to the provisions of Article 61-2-12, paragraph (1) of the Act, or a certificate has been issued to a foreign national pursuant to the provisions of Article 7-2, paragraph (1) of the Act, or where a foreign national has received a visa of a Japanese consular officer, etc. in their passport.
この省令による改正後の規則（以下「新規則」という。）第四条の二第一項の規定は、この省令の施行の日（以下「施行日」という。）前に、外国人に、出入国管理及び難民認定法（以下「法」という。）第二十六条第一項の規定により再入国の許可を与えた場合、法第六十一条の二の十二第一項の規定により難民旅行証明書を交付した場合若しくは法第七条の二第一項の規定により証明書を交付した場合又は外国人が旅券に日本国領事官等の査証を受けた場合は、適用しない。
