Supplementary Provisions, Article 1Effective Date
第一条（施行期日）
This Ministerial Order comes into effect as of the date (July 1, 2010) on which the provisions listed in Article 1, item (iii) of the Supplementary Provisions of the Act Partially Amending the Immigration Control and Refugee Recognition Act and the Special Act on the Immigration Control of, inter alia, those who have lost Japanese Nationality pursuant to the Treaty of Peace with Japan, and Other Matters (Act No. 79 of 2009; hereinafter referred to as "the amending Act") come into effect; provided, however, that the provisions amending Article 56-2, paragraph (2), Appended Form No. 16-2 and Appended Form No. 50 of the Regulation for Enforcement of the Immigration Control and Refugee Recognition Act (hereinafter referred to as "the Regulation") come into effect as of April 1, 2010.
この省令は、出入国管理及び難民認定法及び日本国との平和条約に基づき日本の国籍を離脱した者等の出入国管理に関する特例法の一部を改正する等の法律（平成二十一年法律第七十九号。以下「改正法」という。）附則第一条第三号に掲げる規定の施行の日（平成二十二年七月一日）から施行する。ただし、出入国管理及び難民認定法施行規則（以下「規則」という。）第五十六条の二第二項、別記第十六号の二様式及び別記第五十号様式の改正規定は、平成二十二年四月一日から施行する。
