附 則
This Ministerial Order comes into effect as of the date (November 20, 2007) on which the provisions listed in Article 1, item (iii) of the Supplementary Provisions of the Act Partially Amending the Immigration Control and Refugee Recognition Act (Act No. 43 of 2006) come into effect.
この省令は、出入国管理及び難民認定法の一部を改正する法律（平成十八年法律第四十三号）附則第一条第三号に掲げる規定の施行の日（平成十九年十一月二十日）から施行する。
The forms of the entry record for foreign nationals pursuant to Appended Form No. 6, the entry record for re-entry pursuant to Appended Form No. 6-2, the departure record for foreign nationals pursuant to Appended Form No. 37-18 and the departure record for re-entry pursuant to Appended Form No. 37-19 under the provisions of the Regulation for Enforcement of the Immigration Control and Refugee Recognition Act prior to its amendment by this Ministerial Order are, for one year after this Ministerial Order comes into effect, deemed to be, respectively, the forms of the entry record for foreign nationals pursuant to Appended Form No. 6, the entry record for re-entry pursuant to Appended Form No. 6-2, the departure record for foreign nationals pursuant to Appended Form No. 37-18 and the departure record for re-entry pursuant to Appended Form No. 37-19 under the provisions of the Regulation for Enforcement of the Immigration Control and Refugee Recognition Act as amended by this Ministerial Order.
この省令による改正前の出入国管理及び難民認定法施行規則の規定による別記第六号様式の外国人入国記録、別記第六号の二様式の再入国入国記録、別記第三十七号の十八様式の外国人出国記録及び別記第三十七号の十九様式の再入国出国記録の書面は、施行後一年間は、それぞれこの省令による改正後の出入国管理及び難民認定法施行規則の規定による別記第六号様式の外国人入国記録、別記第六号の二様式の再入国入国記録、別記第三十七号の十八様式の外国人出国記録及び別記第三十七号の十九様式の再入国出国記録の書面とみなす。
