附 則
This Ministerial Order comes into effect as of the date (August 2, 2004) on which the provisions of Article 3 of the Act Partially Amending the Immigration Control and Refugee Recognition Act (Act No. 73 of 2004) come into effect.
この省令は、出入国管理及び難民認定法の一部を改正する法律（平成十六年法律第七十三号）第三条の規定の施行の日（平成十六年八月二日）から施行する。
