附 則
This Ministerial Order comes into effect as of October 1, 2003.
この省令は、平成十五年十月一日から施行する。
With regard to the validity of seals of verification pursuant to Appended Form No. 18 of the Regulation for Enforcement of the Immigration Control and Refugee Recognition Act prior to its amendment by this Ministerial Order that were affixed pursuant to the provisions of Article 14, paragraph (2) of the Immigration Control and Refugee Recognition Act before this Ministerial Order comes into effect, the provisions then in force continue to govern.
この省令の施行前に、出入国管理及び難民認定法第十四条第二項の規定に基づき証印されたこの省令による改正前の出入国管理及び難民認定法施行規則別記第十八号様式の証印の効力については、なお従前の例による。
