附 則
This Act comes into effect as of the effective date of the Act on Security Assignment Contracts and Retention of Title Contracts (Act No. 56 of 2025); provided, however, that the provisions of Article 33 come into effect as of the date of promulgation.
この法律は、譲渡担保契約及び所有権留保契約に関する法律（令和七年法律第五十六号）の施行の日から施行する。ただし、第三十三条の規定は、公布の日から施行する。
