Supplementary Provisions, Article 1Effective Date
第一条（施行期日）
This Act comes into effect on April 1, 2021; provided, however, that the provisions set forth in the following items come into effect on the dates specified in those items:
この法律は、令和三年四月一日から施行する。ただし、次の各号に掲げる規定は、当該各号に定める日から施行する。
The provisions of Article 3 amending Article 13 (including the heading) and Article 14 (including the heading) of the Supplementary Provisions of the Long-Term Care Insurance Act, the provisions of Article 4 amending Article 11 (including the heading) and Article 12 (including the heading) of the Supplementary Provisions of the Long-Term Care Insurance Act before amendment by Article 26 of the Act Partially Amending the Health Insurance Act, etc., which are deemed to remain in force under Article 130-2, paragraph (1) of the Supplementary Provisions of that Act, and the provisions of Article 6 and Article 8; and the provisions of Article 6 of the Supplementary Provisions, the provisions of Article 7 of the Supplementary Provisions (excluding the provisions amending Article 10, paragraphs (3) and (4) of the Supplementary Provisions of the Act Partially Amending the Long-Term Care Insurance Act, etc. to Strengthen the Foundation of Long-Term Care Services (Act No. 72 of 2011)), and the provisions of Article 8 and Article 9 of the Supplementary Provisions: The date of promulgation
第三条中介護保険法附則第十三条（見出しを含む。）及び第十四条（見出しを含む。）の改正規定、第四条中健康保険法等の一部を改正する法律附則第百三十条の二第一項の規定によりなおその効力を有するものとされた同法第二十六条の規定による改正前の介護保険法附則第十一条（見出しを含む。）及び第十二条（見出しを含む。）の改正規定、第六条及び第八条の規定並びに附則第六条の規定、附則第七条の規定（介護サービスの基盤強化のための介護保険法等の一部を改正する法律（平成二十三年法律第七十二号）附則第十条第三項及び第四項の改正規定を除く。）並びに附則第八条及び第九条の規定 公布の日
