第二条（法制上の措置等）
The government is to, with a target of five years after this Act comes into effect, taking into account the status of the enforcement of this Act, review the state of the regulation based on the provisions of the National Pension Act as amended by this Act, and when it finds it necessary, take the required measures based on the results of that review.
政府は、この法律の施行後五年を目途として、この法律の施行の状況を勘案し、この法律により改正された国民年金法の規定に基づく規制の在り方について検討を加え、必要があると認めるときは、その結果に基づいて所要の措置を講ずるものとする。
