Supplementary Provisions, Article 1Effective Date
第一条（施行期日）
This Act comes into effect on the date of promulgation or the date on which the Act on Special Measures for the Issuance of Government Bonds to Secure Financial Resources Necessary for Fiscal Management (Act No. 101 of 2012) comes into effect, whichever is later; provided, however, that the provisions set forth in the following items come into effect on the dates specified in those items.
この法律は、公布の日又は財政運営に必要な財源の確保を図るための公債の発行の特例に関する法律（平成二十四年法律第百一号）の施行の日のいずれか遅い日から施行する。ただし、次の各号に掲げる規定は、当該各号に定める日から施行する。
