第六条（児童福祉法等の一部改正に伴う経過措置）
The provisions after the revision by the provisions of this Act (excluding Article 1) apply to the burden of the national government or a prefecture pertaining to the budget for fiscal year 2005 and subsequent fiscal years (excluding the burden of the national government or a prefecture that is disbursed in fiscal year 2005 or a subsequent fiscal year on account of the carrying out of affairs or a project in fiscal year 2004 or an earlier fiscal year); and the provisions then in force continue to govern the burden of the national government or a prefecture that is disbursed in fiscal year 2005 or a subsequent fiscal year on account of the carrying out of affairs or a project in fiscal year 2004 or an earlier fiscal year.
この法律の規定（第一条を除く。）による改正後の規定は、平成十七年度以降の年度の予算に係る国又は都道府県の負担（平成十六年度以前の年度における事務又は事業の実施により平成十七年度以降の年度に支出される国又は都道府県の負担を除く。）について適用し、平成十六年度以前の年度における事務又は事業の実施により平成十七年度以降の年度に支出される国又は都道府県の負担については、なお従前の例による。
