第一条（施行期日）

この法律は、昭和五十二年八月一日から施行する。ただし、第二条の規定は公布の日から、第一条中国民年金法第六十八条の改正規定及び第三条中児童扶養手当法第七条の改正規定は同年十月一日から施行する。
