第一条（施行期日）

この法律は、公布の日から施行する。ただし、第一条中国民年金法別表の改正規定及び第二条中児童扶養手当法第三条第一項の改正規定は昭和四十年八月一日から、第一条中国民年金法第五十八条、第六十二条及び第七十九条の二第三項の改正規定は同年九月一日から施行する。
