Supplementary Provisions, Article 1Effective Date
第一条（施行期日）
This Act comes into effect on November 1, 1959; provided, however, that the provisions of Chapter II, Article 74, Article 75 and Article 4 through Article 8 of the Supplementary Provisions come into effect on October 1, 1960, the provisions of Article 76 through Article 79, the part of Chapter VI concerning premiums, and Article 2 of the Supplementary Provisions come into effect on April 1, 1961, and the provisions of Article 3, paragraph (1) of the Supplementary Provisions come into effect on the day of promulgation.
この法律は、昭和三十四年十一月一日から施行する。ただし、第二章、第七十四条、第七十五条及び附則第四条から附則第八条までの規定は昭和三十五年十月一日から、第七十六条から第七十九条まで、第六章中保険料に関する部分及び附則第二条の規定は昭和三十六年四月一日から、附則第三条第一項の規定は公布の日から施行する。
