附 則
This Ministerial Order comes into effect as of October 25, 1967.
この省令は、昭和四十二年十月二十五日から施行する。
With respect to a disability pertaining to grounds for disability compensation that arose during the one year before the coming into effect of this Ministerial Order, which falls under item (xii) of Grade 12 of Appended Table 2 of the Ordinance for Enforcement of the Labor Standards Act before the amendment by this Ministerial Order or item (xii) of Grade 12 of Appended Table 1 of the Ordinance for Enforcement of the Industrial Accident Compensation Insurance Act before the amendment by this Ministerial Order, and which, as of the date on which this Ministerial Order comes into effect, falls under item (xiii) or (xiv) of Grade 9 of Appended Table 2 of the Ordinance for Enforcement of the Labor Standards Act after the amendment by this Ministerial Order or item (xiii) or (xiv) of Grade 9 of Appended Table 1 of the Ordinance for Enforcement of the Industrial Accident Compensation Insurance Act after the amendment by this Ministerial Order, this Ministerial Order applies as of the date on which the grounds for disability compensation pertaining to that disability arose.
この省令の施行前一年間に生じた障害補償の事由に係る障害であつて、この省令による改正前の労働基準法施行規則別表第二の第十二級第十二号又はこの省令による改正前の労働者災害補償保険法施行規則別表第一の第十二級第十二号に該当するもののうち、この省令の施行の日において、この省令による改正後の労働基準法施行規則別表第二の第九級第十三号若しくは第十四号又はこの省令による改正後の労働者災害補償保険法施行規則別表第一の第九級第十三号若しくは第十四号に該当する障害については、当該障害に係る障害補償の事由が生じた日から、この省令を適用する。
