第六十九条の二
The person specified by Order of the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare referred to in Article 141, paragraph (1) of the Act means a physician who works at a hospital (meaning a hospital prescribed in Article 1-5, paragraph (1) of the Medical Care Act (Act No. 205 of 1948); the same applies in paragraph (2), item (ii) of the following Article) or a clinic (meaning a clinic prescribed in Article 1-5, paragraph (2) of that Act; the same applies in paragraph (2), item (ii) of the following Article) (excluding a physician who does not perform work whose direct purpose is the medical examination and treatment of persons receiving medical care), or a physician who works at a long-term care health facility (meaning a long-term care health facility prescribed in Article 8, paragraph (28) of the Long-Term Care Insurance Act (Act No. 123 of 1997); the same applies in paragraph (2), item (ii) of the following Article) or an integrated facility for medical and long-term care (meaning an integrated facility for medical and long-term care prescribed in Article 8, paragraph (29) of that Act; the same applies in paragraph (2), item (ii) of the following Article) (hereinafter referred to as a "specified physician").
法第百四十一条第一項の厚生労働省令で定める者は、病院（医療法（昭和二十三年法律第二百五号）第一条の五第一項に規定する病院をいう。次条第二項第二号において同じ。）若しくは診療所（同法第一条の五第二項に規定する診療所をいう。次条第二項第二号において同じ。）において勤務する医師（医療を受ける者に対する診療を直接の目的とする業務を行わない者を除く。）又は介護老人保健施設（介護保険法（平成九年法律第百二十三号）第八条第二十八項に規定する介護老人保健施設をいう。次条第二項第二号において同じ。）若しくは介護医療院（同法第八条第二十九項に規定する介護医療院をいう。次条第二項第二号において同じ。）において勤務する医師（以下「特定医師」という。）をいう。
