Supplementary Provisions, Article 1Effective Date
第一条（施行期日）
This Act comes into effect on April 1, 2018; provided, however, that the provisions set forth in the following items come into effect as of the days specified respectively in those items.
この法律は、平成三十年四月一日から施行する。ただし、次の各号に掲げる規定は、それぞれ当該各号に定める日から施行する。
the provisions of Article 1, the provisions of Article 5 amending Article 90, paragraph (2) and Article 95, item (vi) of the Health Insurance Act, the provisions amending Article 153, paragraph (1) of that Act, the provisions amending Article 4-4 of the Supplementary Provisions of that Act, the provisions amending Article 5 of the Supplementary Provisions of that Act, the provisions amending Article 5-2 of the Supplementary Provisions of that Act, the provisions amending Article 5-3 of the Supplementary Provisions of that Act and the provisions adding four Articles after that Article, the provisions of Article 7 amending Article 70, paragraph (4) of the Mariners' Insurance Act and the provisions amending Article 85, paragraph (2), item (iii) of that Act, the provisions of Article 8 and the provisions of Article 12 amending Article 15, paragraph (2) of the Social Insurance Medical Fee Payment Fund Act, and the provisions of paragraph (1) of the following Article and of Articles 6 through 9, Articles 15, 18, 26, 59 and 62, and Articles 67 through 69 of the Supplementary Provisions: the date of promulgation
