Supplementary Provisions, Article 8Adjustment Provisions
第八条（調整規定）
If this Act and the Japan Pension Organization Act or the Act Partially Amending the Employment Insurance Act, etc. (Act No. 30 of 2007) each contain a provision amending the same provision of a law, and those amending provisions come into effect on the same day, the provisions of that law are to be amended first by the Japan Pension Organization Act or the Act Partially Amending the Employment Insurance Act, etc., and then amended by this Act.
この法律及び日本年金機構法又は雇用保険法等の一部を改正する法律（平成十九年法律第三十号）に同一の法律の規定についての改正規定がある場合において、当該改正規定が同一の日に施行されるときは、当該法律の規定は、日本年金機構法又は雇用保険法等の一部を改正する法律によってまず改正され、次いでこの法律によって改正されるものとする。
