Supplementary Provisions, Article 22Transitional Measures Concerning Loss of Status as a Voluntarily Insured Person
第二十二条（任意加入被保険者の資格の喪失に関する経過措置）
If a person who was an insured person subject to the provisions of Article 5, paragraph (1) of the Supplementary Provisions of the National Pension Act as of March 31, 2005 falls, as of April 1 of that year, under the provisions of Article 5, paragraph (5), item (iv) of the Supplementary Provisions of the National Pension Act after the revision by the provisions of Article 2, that person loses status as an insured person on that day.
平成十七年三月三十一日において国民年金法附則第五条第一項の規定の適用を受ける被保険者であった者が、同年四月一日において第二条の規定による改正後の国民年金法附則第五条第五項第四号の規定に該当するときは、その者は、同日に、当該被保険者の資格を喪失する。
