Supplementary Provisions, Article 1Effective Date
第一条（施行期日）
This Act comes into effect on April 1, 2001; provided, however, that the provisions of Article 3, Article 7, Article 27 and Article 28 (limited to the provision amending Article 1 of the Supplementary Provisions of the Act Partially Amending the National Pension Act, etc. (Act No. 18 of 2000)) of the Supplementary Provisions come into effect on the date of promulgation.
この法律は、平成十三年四月一日から施行する。ただし、附則第三条、第七条、第二十七条及び第二十八条（国民年金法等の一部を改正する法律（平成十二年法律第十八号）附則第一条の改正規定に限る。）の規定は、公布の日から施行する。
